In collaboration with our Chef's Workshop Series, we are happy to present an evening of fermenting basics with chef Veronica Gutierrez of The Heirloom Kitchen. On Monday, August 15th from 6-8PM, chef Veronica will be leading us through an intimate Introduction to Fermenting, with a focus on Kimchi. Registration is now open via Red Door Provisions in person at the cafe, by phone, or by email. Cost is $60 and you'll leave our interactive workshop with everything you need to confidently begin fermenting at home! Complimentary refreshments will be served, and our bar will be open for purchase. Space is limited, so register soon!
