In collaboration with our Chef's Workshop Series, we are happy to present an evening of fermenting basics with chef Veronica Gutierrez of The Heirloom Kitchen. On Monday, August 15th from 6-8PM, chef Veronica will be leading us through an intimate Introduction to Fermenting, with a focus on Kimchi. Registration is now open via Red Door Provisions in person at the cafe, by phone, or by email.
